Shipping & Custom Duty
This product can be delivered to you for free. Shipping will usually be arranged within 2 business days upon your order. Return & Cancellation
Free exchange is offered to any unit found defective within 1 month of delivery.
Free return is eligible to units within 7 days of delivery. We may invite you to keep the unit for another 2 weeks in case you find better ways to use it. The default settings may not be favorable to all people.
In any case, if you are considering cancelling, please contact us first to figure out alternative solutions.
Warranty
For goods lawfully purchased from store.robkoo.com and/or our authorized resellers, Robkoo warrants that this product will be free of defects in materials and manufacture under normal use for one year. The warranty term begins on the date of delivery. A proof of purchase in the form of receipt and a proof of delivery may be required. The warranty is conditioned on proper use of the product by the purchaser. Robkoo reserves the right to deny this Limited One Year Warranty if the defect is the result of abuse, neglect, alteration or attempted repair by non-authorized personnel. Upon return of the warranty-eligible product to Robkoo or an authorized repair center, your product will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished in Robkoo’s discretion.
As stated above, the product warranty does not apply to any product purchased other than through the website(store.robkoo.com) and/or our authorized resellers. Claims relating to products purchased from a reseller must be taken up with the reseller.

Repairs
Customers located in countries with certified resellers are covered by repair service. We work with reputable local technicians to help get your unit back to shape. Warranty repairs are free.
Customers located elsewhere can typically receive a new unit until we contact you to hand over the problematic unit to a repair centre.
