Shipping & Custom Duty

Many destinations will incur a custom duty charge to goods from China (Hong Kong port), please check your local rules. Should your custom duty end up exceeding USD 50, please provide a proof of payment. We will be happy to reimburse the amount beyond.

For US-bound shipments: Your tracking information on the carrier's website will update once the package has cleared customs in Hong Kong, completed the US customs clearance process, and arrived at a local facility. Please be aware that recent tariff laws in the US may cause some delays during customs clearance, but rest assured, we're committed to fulfilling your order.

For UK-bound shipments: Please note that for orders destined for the United Kingdom, it may take up to 5 business days for your tracking ID to be generated and sent to you.

For India-bound shipments: Please note that, due to local import regulations, shipments to India cannot be pre-paid for import taxes. Customers are required to pay the import taxes directly to the carrier or customs authority. Once we receive a valid receipt of the payment, we will compensate the amount beyond USD 50.

*To European Union & Indian customers: Your order will be shipped from China. In such case, we will refund you an estimated sum of money to compensate the custom duty when your tracking ID becomes available. Should your custom duty end up exceeding the compensation, please provide a proof of payment. We will be happy to reimburse the amount beyond.

**While we can ship to P.O. boxes orders sent through postal services, please be aware that this may result in longer delivery times. For international shipping, major carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We recommend providing a physical address for faster and more reliable delivery.
