We ship to wherever deliverable by major carriers (i.e. DHL, UPS, FedEx), with a few exceptions:

Shipping will usually be arranged within 2 business days upon your order. A tracking ID will become available within next couple of days. Please check the following table for more details:

Many destinations will incur a custom duty charge to goods from China (Hong Kong port), please check your local rules. Should your custom duty end up exceeding USD 50, please provide a proof of payment. We will be happy to reimburse the amount beyond.

*To European Union & Indian customers: when we don't have inventory at local warehouse, your order will be shipped from China. In such case, we will refund you an estimated sum of money to compensate the custom duty when your tracking ID becomes available. Should your custom duty end up exceeding the compensation, please provide a proof of payment. We will be happy to reimburse the amount beyond.

**While we can ship to P.O. boxes orders sent through postal services, please be aware that this may result in longer delivery times. For international shipping, major carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We recommend providing a physical address for faster and more reliable delivery.

You will receive those items in the standard package:

Wind Synthesizer R1, Type-C cable, user's manual, Quickstart Guide, neck strap, mouthpiece cap, dust bag.

If you purchase an accessory, it will most likely be in the same package but a separate box.

You may only purchase the listed accessories for now. We will either announce the method to acquire other accessories or supply them to your regional distributor(s) in the future.

Each customer can order up to 5 R1s from this site. If you intend to order more (for group or dealership), please contact us for alternative deals.

Free exchange is offered to any unit found defective within 1 month of delivery.

Free return is eligible to units within 7 days of delivery. We may invite you to keep the unit for another 2 weeks in case you find better ways to use it. The default settings may not be favorable to all people.

In any case, if you are considering cancelling, please contact us first to figure out alternative solutions.

For goods lawfully purchased from Robkoo and/or our authorized resellers, Robkoo warrants that this product will be free of defects in materials and manufacture under normal use for one year. The warranty term begins on the date of delivery. A proof of purchase in the form of receipt and a proof of delivery may be required. The warranty is conditioned on proper use of the product by the purchaser. Robkoo reserves the right to deny this Limited One Year Warranty if the defect is the result of abuse, neglect, alteration or attempted repair by non-authorized personnel. Upon return of the warranty-eligible product to Robkoo or an authorized repair center, your product will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished in Robkoo’s discretion.

Customers located in EU are covered by repair service. We work with reputable local technicians to help get your unit back to shape. Warranty repairs are free.

Customers located elsewhere can typically receive a new unit until we contact you to hand over the problematic unit to a repair centre.
