We ship to wherever deliverable by major carriers (i.e. DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS), with a few exceptions:

This product can be delivered to you for free. Shipping will usually be arranged within 2 business days upon your order. A tracking ID will become available within next couple of days. Please check the following table for more details:

For US-bound shipments: Your tracking information on the carrier's website will update once the package has cleared customs in Hong Kong, completed the US customs clearance process, and arrived at a local facility. Please be aware that recent tariff laws in the US may cause some delays during customs clearance, but rest assured, we're committed to fulfilling your order.

All orders are delivered from our warehouse in China. Packages are shipped in accordance with the international commerce term "delivered duty paid" (ddp).

*While we can ship to P.O. boxes orders sent through postal services, please be aware that this may result in longer delivery times. For international shipping, major carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We recommend providing a physical address for faster and more reliable delivery.

Free exchange is offered to any unit found defective within 1 month of delivery.

Free return is eligible to units within 7 days of delivery. We may invite you to keep the unit for another 2 weeks in case you find better ways to use it. The default settings may not be favorable to all people.

In any case, if you are considering cancelling, please contact us first to figure out alternative solutions.

For goods lawfully purchased from store.robkoo.com and/or our authorized resellers, Robkoo warrants that this product will be free of defects in materials and manufacture under normal use for one year. The warranty term begins on the date of delivery. A proof of purchase in the form of receipt and a proof of delivery may be required. The warranty is conditioned on proper use of the product by the purchaser. Robkoo reserves the right to deny this Limited One Year Warranty if the defect is the result of abuse, neglect, alteration or attempted repair by non-authorized personnel. Upon return of the warranty-eligible product to Robkoo or an authorized repair center, your product will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished in Robkoo’s discretion.

As stated above, the product warranty does not apply to any product purchased other than through the website(store.robkoo.com) and/or our authorized resellers. Claims relating to products purchased from a reseller must be taken up with the reseller.

Customers located in EU are covered by repair service. We work with reputable local technicians to help get your unit back to shape. Warranty repairs are free.

Customers located elsewhere can typically receive a new unit until we contact you to hand over the problematic unit to a repair centre.
