Clarii Sound

As we are developing in-App purchase feature of Clarii App, the demand for installing sound is growing in the Clarii mini community. This redeem code is a temporary solution for Clarii friends outside of mainland China to acquire Clarii Sound in Clarii App, by the method of redeeming.

If you are based in mainland China, Clarii Sound can be acquired via in-App purchase.

You will receive an email from hello.clarii@robkoo.com with the redeem code(s) within one business day after the order is placed. Please check your spam folder in case it was captured there.

Please note that the redeem code is not sent immediately and automatically once an order is placed.

*Important: Before redeeming, please check if you are logged in with your primary account in Clarii App. After successful redemption, the sound cannot be transferred.

After you receive the Clarii Sound redeem code, please follow the instructions below to redeem:

1. Open Clarii App (1.1.0 and above), find "Store" at the bottom. Click to enter Store.

2. Click on "Purchased Sounds" at the top right corner, and click on "Redeem" at the top right corner.

3. Enter the redeem code and click "Redeem Now".

4. Once Clarii Sound is redeemed, you may install it to your Clarii mini. The pathway is "Play - Add Sound - Purchased sounds".
